With the events leading up to Cataclysm, both Alliance raiders and Horde players have noticed Thrall is no longer in Orgrimmar. He has relocated to Nagrand, and is currently not killable.
Alliance players will now have to wait until the "For the Alliance" achievement changes to Garrosh Hellscream to get the accomplishment.
