Smaller icons and interface (UI) - 11/16/10 Patch Since the 11/16/10 patch, a lot of people have been commenting about smaller icons. Quick answer: Adjust your UI Scale settings How? Options > Video > Advanced > UI Scale While you're there, double-check your other settings too, to see if anything got moved.
